🏀 Every Player Deserves a Chance to Play

At Bulverde Basketball League, we believe cost should never prevent a child from stepping onto the court. Our financial assistance program is designed to help families who may need support so every player has the opportunity to participate.

How It Works

We offer a limited number of need-based scholarships each season to help cover registration costs.

If your family needs assistance, simply complete the application form. Our team reviews each application with care and confidentiality.

What to Expect

To help us fairly evaluate each request, applications may include:

• Basic financial information
• Previous year’s tax documents
• Qualification for free or reduced lunch (if applicable)

Priority is given to families who qualify for free or reduced lunch, but all applications are considered.

Program Guidelines

To keep the program fair and sustainable, we ask that families agree to the following:

• One scholarship per family may be awarded each season
• Scholarships apply to one season only (reapplication is required each season)
• Players are expected to attend practices and games consistently
• Communication with coaches is required if a player must miss an event
• Family involvement matters: Parents/guardians are asked to volunteer during the season

This program exists because of the generosity of our community, and we’re proud to support families while building a strong, inclusive league.
