Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Drills & Skills

We understand that plans can change. Our camp and clinic cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible: • Full Refund: Requests made 3 or more days prior to the event. • 50% Refund: Requests made 1–2 days prior to the event. • No Refund: Cancellations made on the day of the event or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. However, a credit toward a future camp or clinic of equal value may be issued, subject to availability. If an event is canceled by us due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to receive either a full refund or a credit.

Youth Leagues

*1-3 weeks before evaluations: 50% refund or 50% credit on your account towards a future season. *Less than 1 week before evaluations (and after draft): No refunds or credits on your account.
